1. Earth compared to the smaller planets (Venus, Mars, Mercury and Pluto):
2. Earth compared to the larger planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune):
3. The larger planets compared to the Sun:
4. Our Sun compared to Sirius, Pollux and Arcturus:
5. Sirius, Pollux and Arcturus compared to Rigel, Aldebaran, Antares
and Betelgeuse:
Do you know that one light year is 10 trillion kilometers or 5878625 million miles .... hmm....
And in 1999 the Hubble Space Telescope estimated that there were 125 billion galaxies in the universe,
and recently with the new camera HST has observed 3,000 visible galaxies.
For your information, we are in a galaxy called milky way, which is one of the 125 billion galaxies.
And to add to that, The Milky Way is a barred spiral galaxy 100,000–120,000 light-years in diameter containing 200–400 billion stars. It may contain at least as many planets, with an estimated 10 billion of those orbiting in the habitable zone of their parent stars.
Now imagine the size of the earth in the whole universe....
And now imagine a human on that earth....
